Insurance: I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Aetna NC State Health Plan / CPP Provider, Blue Cross and Blue Shield commercial plans, BCBS Federal, MyBlue with Duke Health POS, Blue High Performance Network EPO, and Blue Care HMO.

Out-of-pocket // out-of-network: My fee for out-of-pocket or out-of-network sessions is $225 for 60-minute sessions; $175 for 45-minute sessions; and $125 for 30-minute sessions. If you require a sliding scale option, please inquire.

Notice of Privacy Practices & HIPAA - I am required by law to maintain the privacy of "protected health information" ("PHI") and to provide you with notice of my legal duties and privacy practices with respect to PHI.

NO SURPRISES ACT:  Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
